Arise Precision Casting (APC) is a versatile manufacturer, capable of producing highly customised products in the field of Investment Casting. We are a leading manufacturer of investment casting by the lost wax process, servicing clients since 2017 from our ultra-modern plant at Gundasara near Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Production capacity of our plant is 950 MT / annum.

We take up manufacturing of precision investment castings according to the drawing, specification, material and quantity detail and sample provided by the customer. We provide customised castings to various industries in varying sizes (50 gms to 45 kg) and a wide range of materials including carbon steel, low carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and many other ferrous metals.

Accuracy & Design

We produce near net shape components requiring minimum or no further processing. We specialise in fine detail and dimensional accuracy, typically around +/-0.005" per inch of dimension, in castings of up to 45 kg down to just a few grams. Tool design, soluble wax coring or ceramic coring allow us to create complex external and internal shapes.

Wide Alloy Choice & Component Consistency

We can cast the widest variety of alloys in the most commonly used base metals such as steels, stainless steels, copper, nickel, irons and cobalt. Because cast components are produced from wax patterns made in a single tool, dimensional accuracy remains consistent from part to part, year after year. Where design changes are needed, it is usually possible to modify existing tooling at relatively low cost.

What is investment casting and why choose it?

Investment casting, also known as the lost wax process, produces metal parts from a ceramic shell built around a wax pattern. It allows closer tolerance control, little or no machining allowance and a better surface finish than most other casting routes, which makes it ideal for complex, near net shape components.

What size and weight of castings can you produce?

We manufacture castings from 50 grams up to 45 kg per piece, with a minimum wall thickness of 3.00 mm. Our installed capacity is 80 MT per month and the plant is rated at 950 MT per annum.

Which materials do you cast?

Carbon steel, low carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel, and nickel based super alloys such as Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy. Other grades can be supplied against customer specification.

What accuracy and surface finish can I expect?

Dimensional accuracy is typically around +/-0.005" per inch of dimension. As cast surface roughness is Ra 3.2 to 6.3 µm, and machined surfaces can be held to Ra 0.5 µm minimum.

Do you supply machined and assembled parts?

Yes. Supply condition can be raw, finished, assembled or as per your demand. We also offer precision machining and product assembly in house, along with shot blasting, electro polishing and zinc plating.

What quality approvals do you hold?

Our quality control system conforms to ISO 9001:2015, and our plant is ZED certified under the Government of India MSME scheme. Testing includes spectrometer analysis, tensile, hardness and impact testing, radiography, dye penetrant, MPI and corrosion testing.
