How an export order runs

From Enquiry to Delivered Consignment

Enquiry & Feasibility

You send the drawing, grade and annual quantity. We confirm castability and quote tooling plus piece price.

Tooling & Sampling

The die is built in our tool room, samples are cast, inspected and shipped for your approval.

Series Production

On approval the component enters our production schedule with agreed batch sizes and delivery dates.

04
Documentation & Shipping

Certificates and inspection reports are issued, goods are export packed, and the consignment is despatched.
