Our ultra-modern plant at Gundasara near Rajkot, Gujarat has been serving clients since 2017. The works occupies 5200 sq. meters of land with 2885 sq. meters of built up area, and is laid out so that material moves in a single direction from the wax room through to packing.
Installed capacity is 80 MT per month, currently running at 30 MT per month, which gives us the headroom to absorb new programmes without disturbing existing schedules. The plant is rated at 950 MT per annum.
Arrange a Plant VisitEach department is staffed by trained operators working to documented process parameters, with in-process checks recorded at every handover point.
Temperature-controlled wax injection presses produce heat disposable patterns to close tolerance, followed by pattern inspection and assembly onto sprues.
Humidity-controlled slurry lines and fluidised sand beds build the ceramic shell coat by coat until it reaches the required strength and thermal resistance.
Steam autoclave dewaxing recovers wax for reuse, and shells are fired at 800° C to 1100° C to burn out residue and prepare the mould for pouring.
Induction melting furnaces with in-process spectrometer verification, and controlled gravity pouring into preheated shells to keep sections sound.
Vibratory shell removal, shot blasting and cut-off wheels separate individual castings from the cluster ready for finishing.
Belt grinding of gates, normalising, quenching, tempering and solution annealing, followed by shot blasting to the specified surface condition.
